Thanks lisa ! We went with a design that was recommended for that particular block of land but changed quite a few things to make it suitable for what we wanted. After living in many homes over the years we had definate ideas (like a home studio for me ) Now that the kids are grown and have lives of their own we didn't need so many rooms . I just love the open plan..one big room with kitchen, lounge and dining ..about 10 metres wide . It gives the feeling of a much bigger home but is really quite small. Just right for us now.
